It can cause of dis order behavioralFor Example:If they compliment my new hair color it suit me I do say it all because of the bleach it can called it low self esteem but if I am going to answer thank you, I accept a compliment and its good.
  • SELF IMAGEI do believe it is what you see in yourself it can be all positive but some times negative.For example I have a feeling that I was all perfect on exam.
  • SELF WORTHI am a person who really wanted to be punish and received a reward. Sometimes if I was on a performance then I totally wanted to be won cause of the prizes but if i didnt win maybe i deserve punishment for not being good or giving all my best to do that.
  • Self Efficacy contain of behavior and performance of individual. It may result to encourage their on their own. It is likely to have a confident on their selves. If you have a tasks and performing it could be high expectation to get what you want because your confident.For Example: I currently working and I badly wanting to go to the high position but before I go to that I will be passing a interview or exam. I felt confident that I will get the position I want. If its not I will be confident until I receive that.
  • Self-compassionIt can help you comfort yourself but in some ways it can force you to feel okay not to feel but in a circumstances. You show off to be understanding and warm rather to show what's you really against. For example:I feel not working day but I have to work so you can't take a break on your own that is why you feel like thankful to what you have done cause it can lessen your stress.
