  • TRACKING SHOT CU - MEDIUM: Tyrone runs to key
  • TRACKING SHOT CU - MEDIUM: Penelope runs to key
  • MEDIUM: Tyrone grabs key
  • CU: *STUNT* Penelope jumps on Tyrone's back (Penelope will give a vocal cue signaling to Tyrone to ground himself and bend his knees slightly to lower his center of gravity. Penelope will then place a hand on Tyrone’s shoulder, transitioning onto his back, keeping her torso against or close to his, allowing the muscles of Tyrone’s back and legs to support the shared weight and then allowing the actors to portray the struggle for the key. They will portray a struggle with a series of planned actions done in a way to simulate a struggle. At the end of this series of actions, either they will both have one hand on the key, or Penelope will have her hand fully on the Key. This option will depend on the size and durability of the prop key.
  • WIDE: *STUNT* Having put her feet on the ground, Penelope will move herself away from Tyrone. Jo will assist Penelope by placing her hands where Penelope feels comfortable, and with some well-placed tension of her own arms, merely follow Penelope to the next position. At the same time, as Tyrone moves himself in a way that matches the idea of being pulled away from Penelope, Laura places her hands on Tyrone and mimics the tension. Again, it is important to note that Tyrone and Penelope are entirely in control of this motion and will at no time feel that they are being pulled. Part of this stunt allows the person being pulled to share weight with the person “Pulling” them in order tohelp sell the illusion.
  • INSERT: Penelope gets key
  • MEDIUM: Penelope runs away *STUNT* Jo, follows with her arms, using well-placed tension in her arms to give off the illusion of trying to hold Penelope back. Once she has extended her arms far enough, she will open her hands, and Penelope will then “Break” free. To help sell the illusion, Penelope may be directed to twist her torso quickly to a slight angle to “break” Jo’s grip.
  • MEDIUM: Tyrone breaks free from Laura *STUNT* This stunt is almost entirely the same as the previous, with the notable lack of a turn, as Tyrone is pursuing Penelope, rather than trying to run away. The same logic and techniques will apply to Laura as she helps to sell the illusion of Tyrone “breaking” her grip.
  • MCU: Tyrone grabs key, forcing Penelope to the ground *STUNT* Tyrone will grab the key from out of Penelope’s hand. His free hand will be on either the center of her upper back or on one of her shoulders. He will then follow Penelope’s actions while extending his arm to give the illusion of shoving her. Penelope will be in full, complete control over her actions, and thus will be required to sell the shove. Having felt Tyrone’s hand on the “Push point”, Penelope will begin to move her own body in a way that resembles being pushed. At the same time, she will begin a long lunge, which will then lead right into the next stunt.
  • MCU: Penelope hits ground *STUNT* Having started her lunge with the “Push” of the last stunt, Penelope will continue her momentum downwards as if tripping. She will then turn towards her side, allowing the actress to use the large muscles of her thigh and glutes to take the majority of the impact of the fall. Crash mats will be used to ensure Actor safety and reproducibility for as many takes as are needed. The next portion of the fall will involve Penelope lowering herself further toward the ground. To sell the illusion of her head hitting the ground, Penelope will be using the palms of her hands to make the sound of impact on the ground with no danger to her actual head. She will mimic the motion of hitting the floor with her head, but will be no closer than Four to Six inches from the floor. This done properly, and coupled with an appropriate camera angle, will ensure the effectiveness of the stunt and the believability of the perceived injury.
