- First let me make it clear that your diet is crucial to the function of your
- Endocrine system. Jordan is worried that you’ll get diabetes.
- Diabetes causes your pancreas to struggle with lowering blood sugar. This means the pancreas would not be able to break down the sugars. It also means insulin would not work correctly. Jordan will explain more
- Jordan notices her granny is not eating healthy and her age makes her prone to diabetes. She must help out.

- Diabetes not only affects how you live but also physical changes. You’ll be tired and thirsty a lot. You won’t be able to eat all the foods you want. It’s a hard lifestyle to adjust to and you have to give yourself shots daily. You must take this seriously.
