  • Crooks alone in his room
  • Alone, again. What a surprise.
  • Lennie walks into Crooks' room
  • What's this place?
  • I was looking at my pup
  • Crooks and Lennie talking
  • What you doing in here? No one ever comes in here.
  • All the guys have left and went to Aunt Suzie's for drinks. Leaving Lennie, Crooks, and Candy alone on the ranch.
  • Candy walking through the barn looking for Lennie
  • Lennie, you in here Lennie. I've been thinking.
  • Lennie went to see his pup and ended up walking around the barn. He soon found Crooks' room and walked in.
  • Candy finds Lennie in Crooks' room
  • No, it's okay. We were just talking.
  • Lennie and Crooks are talking about George and how Lennie never listens to him. So, he proceeded to ask him if George were to get hurt what would he do. Lennie gets very upset and starts yelling, "George will never leave, he would never do that."
  • They leave Crooks alone in his room
  • Good bye guys
  • We should leave him alone. Come on, Lennie. Good bye Crooks.
  • Candy comes into the barn looking for Lennie. He says he's been thinking about the ranch and how they can manage everything they want to do.
  • Candy found Lennie in Crooks' room. He starts to tell Lennie about his plan for their ranch. Crooks' then chimes in and asks if he could join them.
  • What are you doing in here? You shouldn't be here, bothering Crooks.
  • Candy tells Crooks' that he has to ask George first. They say goodbye and go back to the bunkhouse. Crooks is left alone again and is not happy about being alone all the time.
  • Bye Crooks
