- While Ponyboy and Two-Bit were at the movies with Cherry and Marcia they realized that the girls didn't have a ride home. So Ponyboy and Two-Bit offered them a ride home, the girl were hesitate but they still took the offer.
- Well you shouldn't be going off and getting drunk !
- Would you like for us to give you guys a ride ?
- Ummm..... Sure !
- When they all arrive at their destination and talk for a while Marcia gasps and says "Cherry, look what's coming." They all see a blue mustang coming down the street. They realize it's Marcia and Cherry's boyfriends. All 4 of them panic. But the mustang slowly passes them.
- Chapter 3:
- Cherry look what's coming !
- Oh no !
- Then the blue mustang comes down the street again slowly. The Socs's hop out of the mustang.
- The Socs's that hopped out of the blue mustang were Marcia and Cherry's boyfriends. They get angry with the girls because they are hanging out with Greasers. So the girls and their boyfriends get in a fight about they boys getting drunk.
- Then the greasers and the soc's were about to get in a physical fight but Cherry hates fights so she stops it. Cherry and Marcia then hop in the blue mustang and the soc's take them away.
- Marcia ! Cherry !
- I"M SICK AND TIRED OF BEING YELLED AT ALL THE TIME !
- WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN PONYBOY !
- Then Ponyboy gets home. Him and Darry get in a huge fight and Ponyboy decided that he wanted to runaway. When Ponyboy ran away he then decided that he wanted to go back home and ignore Darry.
- I'm just gonna go home and ignore Darry.
