- Duration: 10 sec Angle: Long Transition: Jump Cut Audio: The first thing you want to do is put the stove on 3 or 4 heat with the skillet on it. Once the skillet is hot, put a little bit of olive oil on the skillet and get the olive oil all around the skillet so the egg doesn’t stick.

- Duration: 6 sec Angle: Long Transition: Jump cut Audio: The second step is to crack the egg straight over the skillet and once it starts to cook put some salt and black pepper on it, but not too much.

The olive oil that you put in the skillet earlier is to help give the egg flavor but more importantly to help the egg stick to the skillet less. Put the cover on top of the skillet to help the egg cook faster.
