- Hi, my name is Abeona and i will be discussing biomass energy. biomass energy comes from an organic matter that can be used as an energy source.Wood, crops, yard, and animal waste are all examples of biomass energy. Biomass is used for consumer heat, and fuel for transportation. Biomass energy has many advantages, like when you burn biomass it doesn't produce as many pollutants such as sulfur. some disadvantages are pollution created by its use. Biomass is one of the biggest producers of pollution that impact the health of all living things.
- Hi, my name is Florence and i will be discussing oil. Oil comes from the remains of tiny sea plants and animals that died hundreds of millions of years ago. When the plants and animals died, they sank to the bottom of the oceans. Heat and pressure squeezed and compacted together, forming oil. An advantage of oil is that can be used to power our vehicles. Cars are the essential for getting around and oil is the main reason we have access to these transportations. A disadvantage of oil is that the use of oil can cause water and air pollution. When we drill and transport for oil it can have a massive effect on the wildlife and environment.
- I think that oil is the best source of energy because it has multiple effects in our daily lives. there are several advantages towards oil. it is used for our transportation which plays a big part in our lives.
- I think that Biomass is the best source of energy because it has less impact on the environment. biomass is a renewable resource unlike oil. this means we can restock up on this resource and never run out.
