- My name is Robert Hooke, and I discovered cells. I was looking at a cork under a microscope and saw multiple chambers that looked like cells.
- My name is Robert Brown, and I discovered the nucleus. I was looking at plants and noticed that pollen was traveling in and out of an oval in the cell. I deemed this oval as the nucleus.
- My name is Theodor Schwann. My friend Schleiden told me how plants were made out of cells. I was Curious and I decided to look at animal tissues and discovered that all animals are made of cells.
- My name is Matthias Schleiden, and I discovered that all plants are made out of cells. I was looking at all different types of plants and noticed that they all had something in common. They were made of cells.
- 'My name is Rudolf Virchow, and I found out that cells are made of from the same major classes of organic molecules: nucleic acids, proteins, carbohydrates, and lipids. Because of my discovery, it became easier to discover diseases.
