Storyboard Szöveg

  • This is the Exodus story, where Moses saved his people- the Israelites and brought them Canaan, the promised land.
  • Father..
  • Moses was the son of Hebrew slaves, but he was raised in the pharaoh's palace. Pharaoh wanted all Israelite baby boys killed.
  • My dear Moses.
  • Stop right there, Hebrews!
  • After a mighty moral struggle with the Egyptian pharaoh, Moses finally lead the Israelites out of Egypt, but the Pharaoh' soldiers and chariots pursed the Israelites to catch them and bring them back.
  • Thank you Moses!!!!
  • Oh no! The Pharaohs' guards!
  • Suddenly, the waters parted leading them across. Then making the waters close back over the Egyptian charioteers when they tried crossing. The Egyptian charioteers drowned and the Israelites were free!
  • After many days, the Israelites encamped in the desert at the base of Mount Sinai. God sealed the loving relationship with the people that had begun a promise with Abraham hundreds of years before. This pledge between the Israelites and God became known as the Sinai Covenant. The scriptural story depicts Yahweh calling Moses to the top of the mountain and giving him the directive(Exodus 19:3-6) Moses returned to the people and told them what the Yahweh had said. They agreed.
  • Yeah. Where is he now? We are starving, back in Egypt, we had food
  • We are hungry, and we have no shelter. Where is God?
  • Be patient, God will provided.
  • This Law described the Israelites' end of the bargain, the Ten Commandments. Moses was gone for forty days on the mountaintop receiving the Law from Yahweh, the people down below grew impatient. As a diversion they built and idol of metal- a golden calf with melted down jewelry and had a festival to honor it, and offered sacrifices to it. Already worshipping another false God. Although Moses was furious with the people when he found out what they done, he nor God did not abandon them. However, the people did not soon reach the Promised Land.
  • Stop that! You are worshipping a false God, and God would be furious. He is a Jealous God!!
  • Praise him!!Sorry, sorry!
