- This case is pre existing and was already opened on a different pretext by the mother , who is now changing her accusations after being found to be discredited by poiice for her bogus AVO applicant and that destroyed access of the child for the father. we should keep it closed as we first determined based on her anonymous report
- yes we originally rejected the case not falling under significant risk category , but decided to take it on when she revised her story with aid of poweerful NGO that have given her advocacy [barnados] and that gave them a poster branding by conducting a violence course.. we have to affiliate with our stakeholder and accept the case now even though she may have been motivated to do so cause she was in trouble with police for lying about AVO
- yes this is a pre existing case where the mother has already given her reasons for discontinuing orders with the father and which have now been determined to be false and now she is changing her accusations cause she found herself at a deadend after constanty changing accusations ,having a motive and we are now giving her advocacy ? and now we are opening the case as if this was a organic incidental omission of the child without consulting the background the case that shows that the child is merely regurgitating the same complaints already determined by earl intervention.. childs pre existing bully issues at schooln? what about the fathers right to the child?
- There is no evidence of violence, she did not see the father for 6 years , but she tried to give a different account, showing evidence of pergery, we can see her motive of constantly changing accusations underlying her fear of losing the child as a person with hypersensitivity and the father already won in court to take out to AVO that led police to scrutinise the mother with the threat of taking the child off the mother. as she was contravening orders. the child must have been influenced by this psychology, we cannot record an impartial omission of the childthat is obviously founded on duress. and build our case presumption around the lead
- I know she may be lying ,but we have to reinforce our new NGO stakeholder policy protocols and this woman is accepted as a posterchild for barnados and we will be seen as not confirming our obligations and or being sensitive to the issues of woman suffering domestic violence
- why are you going to generalize the lead instead of reviewing more plausible alternatives evidenced in file? why are we acting as a quasi judicial when you know family court will never unpack why we came to this decision. your lead will lead to dangeorous assumptions around he case
- look we stuffed up and by keeping it on file we do not have to admit to damages and so we call it substantiation...we will get the child to state that his father at least 1 time hurt him , after repeat and suggestive questioning the child on the same presumptious lead 5 times, where it was obvious he feared 1 losing his mother and 2 admitted that the child was under duress where even mother disclosed that she cannot allow child to show love for father. cause FACS said they will work against mother if they promote the child for the father ..I do not care.. .as a state we own children as our simony syndicate shows , children are a commodity
- we have a lead and our duty is with the NGO , and we have to justify our 1 billion hand out a year.
- early intervention after a mandatory report lead the mother to overnight spruik up a bunch of low level complaints, that are not reasonable to make before third party intervention that scrutinised her parenting.. she got scared and tried to shift early intervention to insinuating that the father was a conspiracy theory nut... this was far from sexual abuse accusations that would come latter on when she was already found to be lying on other low level accusations. and found herself in trouble with police and early intervention tested whether there was any other issue and they found it was bully related.
