- But it doesn't always feel that way, does it? Especially in our post-pandemic world where so many of us are working virtually. We're sorry about that, and we promise to do better. At The Company, Diversity, Equity Inclusion isn't just another bureaucratic HR policy - it's not just about checking the right boxes. That's why we are taking action to build and nurture a culture that creates a sense of belonging at its core. You should embrace the embrace the important parts of yourself when you come to work - not check them at the door!
- It makes for a great bumper sticker, doesn't it? Embrace your authentic self! But how exactly do we do that at work? What if you work from home? What if your role is particularly siloed, and you rarely connect with others outside of your team? What if you're overwhelmed by completing priorities, with less than a little time to focus on being the professional you you want to be? It's hard to be yourself and even easier to forget about our collectively WE. But if doesn't have to stay this way. Let us bridge the disconnect and explain how WE embody The Company together.

Notable mention to Calgarians in Alberta, Canada, who make up 32% of our workforce. 13% of The Company calls Spain home, with 8% of you residing in Barcelona. Folks in India (5%), Japan (5%), Australia (3%), Egypt (3%), France (3%), New Zealand (3%), Russia (2%), Ukraine (2%), China (2%), Mexico (1%), and Brazil (1%) make up the rest of our team.
