This is on the events leading up to the "adoption" of Elizabeth into Victors family.
The parents decided to go on a walk and that is slide one. They then were walking past a part of town in which orphans lived and Victor's mother felt as though she had an obligation to help them(Slide 2). The orphanage is not on the best side of town and it is run down, the kids are underfed, and they barely have any clothes(slide 3). The parents meet Elizabeth who is blonde and blue eyed(Slide 4). The parents then ask for permission to transfer Elizabeth into their custody(Slide 5). Victor's mother then gives Elizabeth to him as a gift and he knew that he had to protect and meet her every need just as if she were his mission(slide 6).

- Sweetie we should go on a walk.
- Well dear you have a strange tone, almost as if it is something you believe is your duty. So lets do it.
- We should go into this orphanage which ties into my past and help out a child in need.
- Well dear I dont know what you expected when walking into an orphanage in the, well, poor side of town.
- What a beaten up place where the kids are starving and barely clothed.
- What an adorable little girl.
- Indeed, what is your name princess?
- My name is Elizabeth
- Sir, I come to you today, requesting that young Elizabeth be placed under my custody.
- Well sir, you are a great friend, husband, and father so I don't see why not. Elizabeth is now under your custody.
- Victor, I bestow upon you a gift. Treat her well.
- Thank you mother, I will treat her as if she were my everything.
