- I Elizabeth Cady Stanton, am here in front of you all today to discuss the crucial actions that are of need to take place for the respect and growth of our women. We shall no longer be men's shadows and do much more than them for less. It's time we make our feelings and opinions known, not only for the better of ourselves but the better of our many females to come! Equality between men and women must start NOW!

- As time and the actions of women having enough of the inequality, things began to change as many different people and supporters of different groups places came together for the better of more than women, but their people.

- Though the women's movement helped women grow and earn respect, it too helped bring out the stronger support for the fight to end slavery entirely, and to having African Americans have such the same rights and freedom as those who were of different groups of race and superiority at the time.
