- Tia was successful in giving birth to 2 healthy babies, one boy and one girl. However, due to the dictator's ideology about population control, the doctor had to sacrifice Tia and one of the babies to balance the population.
- Tim tried to stop the doctor before Tia was injected with a lethal drug, but he couldn't stop him in time.
- Stop!
- Tim grabbed the syringe from the doctor's hand and stabbed him with it.
- After Tim killed the doctor, he collapsed to the ground, crying loudly at the death of his wife.
- Tim grabbed his kids and sprinted out of the hospital.
- And he kept running until he couldn't see the hospital anymore.
