- Gene realizes Finny dosen't know he has to study. So Gene has a new understanding about Finny. Gene decides to go with Finny and Leper.#160;
- I didnt know you had to study, i could study forever and never break a C

- Finny talks in wild French to give Gene a little extra help. Gene realizes there is no rivalry between them.

- Finny throws all his clothes off to get ready to jump. Finny convinces Gene to do a#160; double jump together. Gene is easy to convince.

- Gene's knee bent and jounced the limb. Finny starts to fall, on his way down they look at each other shocked. Finny hits the ground with a very unnatural thud and is injured for life.
