- Theo went to school and his principal told him to go to the office. Theo went to the office and the principal said that her husband got caught speeding too fast on a highway. Theo said he is fine because they will just have to pay a ticket and he won't get arrested.
- My husband got caught driving too fast. What do I do?
- Judge Gauntry was walking late in the evening to the Boone's house. Theo's mom let him in the house. The Boone family greeted him and shook hands. Theo quickly took his computer out and showed him pictures he took from the golf course. Theo showed a picture of where Bobby was sitting and watching Pete Duffy. A few minutes later, Judge Gauntry asked if everything was true. Theo said he can ask the witness himself, and then he called Bobby out of his room. He was a little nervous. Theo showed him the pictures and Bobby confirmed every single one of them. Theo even showed him some pictures of Mr. Duffy, and Bobby said that was the same man that he said the day of the murder. The judge said this was all they needed and the next day they were in court and the judge was talking to the witness and Mr. Duffy was guilty.
