- PIDM is single platform to announce project kick off, identify any cross functional dependencies and highlight risk at the onset of project. Once the project/SSE/ Sprint gets kicked off, the PM needs to share one pager PIDM template with PMO team to get it included in PIDM forum.PIDM meeting happens once a week and has mandatory presence from PMO, Testing, IT Services, EA, IS, Release Planning, Change Mngmt, SOA and app owners.In the PIDM meeting, the PM has to explain the project/sprint/ SSE and in case of any disconnect from the above teams, it get discussed and highlighted.This would prevent the project and horizontal teams from getting last minute surprises and will ensure healthy governance throughout the course of the projectPlease feel free to get in touch with your PMO team or write to bhavna.gupta1@maxlifeinsurance.com for any queries.
