Storyboard Szöveg

  • Fair is foul, and foul is fair
  • Macbeth is honorable, but it is a shame I could not trust Macdonwald
  • Macdonwald is a traitor!!! Macbeth killed him!!
  • "So foul and fair a day I have not seen" (1.3.38)
  • Thane of GlamisThane of CawdorHe shalt be king
  • Malcolm is the Prince of Cumberland!!
  • You're not man enough to be king, you have to assassinate him!!!!
  • I don't think I can do this!! He's my king and my guest!!
  • I'm in!
  • We're gonna drunken the guards, kill the king, then blame it on the guards!!!
  • In this scene, the witches are discussing how the day is. They had just won their battle, but the weather is still bad.
  • In this scene, Macbeth finds out Macdonwald is a traitor of their army, and has no choice but to kill him. He slices him from the stomach to his neck, then chops his head off in an "honorable" way.
  • This is the first scene that Macbeth is introduced, and he meets the three witches from scene 1. They tell him he will be Thane of Cawdor, and will eventually become king. Macbeth is confused because he is unsure if he should trust these strangers about his future.
  • Macbeth, Banquo, Malcolm, and king Duncan are all in the king's castle praising each other. King Duncan says his son Malcolm is the new Prince of Cumberland, meaning he will be king in the future. Macbeth is very mad about this because it basically ruins his chances of becoming king.
  • Macbeth returns to his castle to tell his wife about what happened at the King's castle, and she is not happy with him. She delivers an empowering speech about how she is more manly than him, and she wants him to kill the king. Macbeth is skeptical due to the fact that Duncan just praised him, but he is coming over for dinner and that is a perfect opportunity.
  • When the king and his people arrive for dinner, Macbeth is very nervous. He is afraid about being caught, how other people will think of him, and if it's really worth it to kill the man that just praised him. While this is going on, Lady Macbeth is out in their dining room, acting as a host, while Macbeth is still in his room.
  • Macbeth and hi wife are getting ready to kill the king, and their plan is flawless. The daggers they use to kill the king will be placed on the guards laps, and they will be framed. The scene ends as Macbeth is about to kill the king, so we do not know yet if he does it.
