- I like the idea of the Technical Seniors. I think I have a lot of technical knowledge, and am already involved in several coaching sessions.
- Awesome! It’s cool to see that I’m already half way there. The skills I need are handling escalations and being a point of contact. How can I up-skill myself? Can I help you with anything to gain some experience in these areas? I’d like to aim for the role by the end of the year

- Great, let’s work together to deal with the escalations. As for point of contact – I’m away on annual leave for 5 weeks soon. If we’re proactive now I can help you be seconded to that role and gain experience. Let’s also work on building your brand in the team so people trust you as a point of contact.
