- After getting her mitt signed by the All-Stars, Tiana was inspired to start her own project...
- The All-Stars were great players, but because of their skin tone, they weren't allowed to compete further! We should bring up a statue as a possibility.
- The All-Stars were great players, but as African Americans, they weren't exactly treated fairly. Because of their skin tone, 61 Charleston Little League teams boycotted, and refused to play. The All-Stars won by default. Yet, they were not allowed to compete further.

- Even after seeing all the teams in Charleston Little League were against them, the Cannon Street All-Stars stayed determined. To come all this way, for nothing! Their story never had a happy ending. They never got to participate in the regionals in Georgia, or the Worlds Series. But finally, over 50 years later, they were given recognition. We can recognize them once again by creating and displaying this statue!
