  • Act 1
  • Then move not while my prayer's effect I take. Thus from my lips, by thine my sin is purged.
  • Then have my lips the sin that they have took.
  • Act 2
  • Come, come with me, and we will make short work, for, by your leaves, you shall not stay alone till Holy Church incorporate two in one.
  • Conceit, more rich in matter than in words, brags of his substance, not of ornament

  • ...And you be not, hang, beg, starve, die in the streets, for, my soul, I'll ne'er acknowledge thee, nor what is mine shall never do the good,
  • Good father, I beseech you on my knees, hear me with patience but to speak a word.
  • Romeo and Juliet attend the same party which leads them both to love at first sight. They exchange 2 kisses before they realize that they are each part of the opposing, feuding families.
  • Act 4
  • What if this mixture do not work at all? Shall I be married tomorrow morning? No, no! This shall forbid it. Lie thou there.
  • Come hither, man. I see that thou art poor. Hold, there is forty ducats. Let me have a dram of poison, such soon-speeding gear. As will disperse itself through all the veins that the life-weary taker may fall dead...
  • Romeo and Juliet are officially married, by the Friar, the day after they met.
  • Act 5
  • Who calls so loud?
  • Lord Capulet insists that Juliet marries Paris, and if she doesn't, he threatens to disown her and let her die on the streets. He doesn't want to have such an ungrateful daughter. What he doesn't know is that Juliet is married to the son of his worst enemy, Romeo.

  • Yea, noise? Then I'll be brief. O happy dagger!
  • Juliet and Friar Lawrence have a plan to make Juliet appear dead to push back the planned marriage of Juliet and Paris. In order to appear dead, Juliet has to drink a potion made by the Friar. Before she drinks it, she second guesses herself, wondering if it will work or if it will end up actually killing her. Even with these blurry thoughts, she soon decides to drink it and do it for Romeo.
  • Romeo, Romeo, Romeo, I drink to thee!
  • Romeo gets the news that Juliet is “dead” and isn't informed that it is fake and she is unconscious due to a potion. So, he finds a poor apothecary and bribes him with money so he´ll give him an illegal drug which will kill him instantly.
  • Romeo still believes that Juliet is truly dead. So, he drinks the illegal drug and takes his life right next to Juliet; Still not knowing that she is in a fake sleep. So, when the medicine wears off and Juliet wakes up, she finds Romeo dead and takes his dagger to stab herself. Now, the two star-crossed-lovers are dead next to each other.
  • This is thy sheath; there rust, and let me die.
