  • We never work alone. We collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best quality of life and education for our students. As social integrators we have the ability to work as a team, with a positive spirit, resolutive capacity and decision making, committed and the ability to organize and plan.
  • In the playground
  • In the face of conflict we are neutral people, we use mediation and manage problems in a positive way. We have very present values such as respect and equality. We are assertive, we have developed emotional intelligence and we use active listening.
  • Within the classroom, we are veryobservant people and we have the mission to detect everything that is not inclusive, we advise teachers on how they can get the message they want to convey to the whole class equally. We also detect individual needs, which can be solved with curricular adaptations. We intervene in cases of truancy. For all this,we think critically and analytically, we are patient, persevering and we have the ability to accompany the student throughout the process.
  • In addition, we can dynamize the leisure and free time of the students, favoring positive relationships with the environment. We are people with leadership, autonomy, initiative and responsibility.
