- What do you mean?! They're keeping the soldiers whom are fighting for our country safe!
- The government is always trying to control us!
- Two men are seen sitting on the bar stools, they are having a rather friendly conversation.
- Let me guess, you are against conscription as well!
- What do you mean? Of course I am! I don't want to have to fight in the war!

- DORA was used by the uk government to help keep the soldiers safe and to keep morale high
- Preposterous, you cannot possibly be this insolent! Are you a conscientious objector?!
- Well, of course I am!
- A conflict arose between the pair, as a result of differentiating opinions regarding the government and their decisions.
- What an imbecilic young man!
- I can't possibly be friends with you...
- Conscription was brought into place as a result of the numerous casualties meaning that the government were lacking men to fight in the war. It came to be that they had no choice but to force men into joining the war, and thus, conscription was created.
- Conscientious objectors were individuals who refused to fight in the war without what the government considered to be a valid excuse.
- Due to the conflicting ideals of the citizens, this conversation ends in tragedy. Ergo, our story comes to a depressing conclusion.
