- Germany surrenderd on May 7th 1945. Germany had a tussle with their allies. Hitler commited suicide on april 30 1945. they were getting heavly confronted by the US and their allies.
- We had a alience with the soviet union. this alience would last for a long time until 1945. Then the Cold war started between the united states and the soviet union. during the cold war the alience broke off and we had a war.
- It was reaserch for atomic weapons. It was a group that created the first atomic bomb Little boy. It was led by the united states of america and was a terible idea to create. it went through WWII
- The bombing of hiroshima occured on july 6 1945. it was supposed to end the war against japan and the US but it only made it worse. the Atomic bomb that was used to bomb hiroshima was the Little boy. it killed over 200,000 thousand people including civilians.
- The bombing of nagasaki occured on august 9th 1945. it was another bomb that the US set off by the united states. The bomb was called Fat man. the reason is becuase they wanted to show off their strenght and their nuclear strength.
- The reason japan surrendered was becuase of the United states. Our military and our nuclear strength was to much for japan to handle. they did not want anymore innocent peoples lives . so Japan surrendered on september 2nd 1945.
