- Macbeth By William Shakespeare Act2 Scene 2
- "Do mock their charge with snores. I have drugged their possets, That death and nature do contend about them Whether they live or die".
- "And tis not done! Th' attempt that and not the deed that Confounds us. Hark! I laid their daggers ready: He could not miss 'em. Had he not resembled my father as he slept, I had done't.
- "I have done the deed. Didst thou not hear a noise?"
- "Go get some water, And wash this filthy witness form your hand"."Give me the daggers"." Retire we to our chambers. A little water clears us of this deed".
- Lady Macbeth goes and drugs the servants. It was done by putting drugs in their bedtime drinks. She did it so that she would be able to blame the servants for the kings death
- Lady Macbeth goes to kill the King but she can't because he looks too much like her father.
- Macbeth kills King Duncan. After killing him he goes back to tell Lady Macbeth. She tells him to get rid of the evidence so that the crime can't be traced back to them.
