- After visiting the kingdom of the dead for advice, Odysseus returns to Circe for further consultation. Circe tells Odysseus about the challenges to come, warning him to not eat the sun god's cattle at any cost, or the gods will get upset. After stopping to bury his dead friend, Elpenor, who fell, drunk, in Circe's palace.

- Why, oh why did you have to get drunk and roll off that bunk-bed?
- Watch out for Scylla and Charybodis, Odysseus.

- Odysseus caves to Eurylochus' pressure, and loses control over the crew, who immediately eat the cattle of the sun god.

- I'm calling it right now... this is going to end badly
- Mooooooo("Stop eating my brother!")
- This is way better than starving! We were going to die anyway, so why not enjoy our last days?

- The Gods' Meeting
- I'll take care of it, Helios.
- One of the goddesses who tended Helios cattle sees Odysseus' men take from her herd and tattles to Helios, who in turn goes to Zeus to ask for vengeance on the offending trespassers.
