- Ryan is having such a great time with Lily and Xavier that he no longer thinks about Dr. Peter's reaction. But then, their conversations shifted into something serious as Lily and Xavier told him to never forget about them. Ryan is so confused as to why they said that but he didn't get to ask before they all leave to their respective rooms.
- The truth
- As Ryan is on his way back, he notices the drawings that children in the hospital had drawn are all hung on the board. His eyes are quick to catch a drawing of three silhouettes standing in the middle of raging flames surrounding them. Ryan has never seen that drawing before and it shocks him to see his name written on the corner of the paper.
- Suddenly, the memories of the past trauma come in a flash through Ryan's mind. He now remembers everything that he had forgotten. The cause of the fire, the reason he came to the hospital, and the faces of people who called out on him in his every nightmare. Dr. peter who was searching for Ryan quickly catches him before he eventually blacks out.
- Once Ryan is awake, he immediately panics and asks Dr. Peter to tell him the whole truth about Lily and Xavier. The doctor then tells Ryan everything he deserves to know including the death of his two close friends. Ryan bursts into tears upon hearing that. For all these times, Ryan has been assigned to the psychiatrist because of his mental health
