I feel way better after the race. Those breathing techniques helped a lot. Even though I didn’t get first place i did good and got second. I feel way better now and can’t wait until the next meet.

Ive been feeling a little nervous lately because of my track meet tomorrow. I’ve been shaking even thinking about it.

I am nervous and i worry that I’m going to lose; also there is going to be lots of people watching
It’s okay to be nervous, it’s your first time. Im sure you’ll do great out there. If you need someone to talk to; after school tomorrow you can talk to your counselor
