- It was a warm summer, when a wizard came to a hobbit hole. Asking the young hobbit to join the dwarves on their quest to retrieve their gold, form the mighty smaug

- On the quest for the gold, the group ran into a meeting place for wargs wolves and goldins. It was a fight for life. The only reason they escaped was because of the lord of the eagle's help.
- It was about a month after the wolves and goldins when the group got kidnapped by the wood elves. It was the Hobbit that helped them escape by having the dwarves float down in barrels.
- Rising action
- Climax
- Bilbo the hobbit was off to face the dragon. While the dwarves sit and wait. The hobbit and dragon talked in rhymes and Bilbo took a golden cup and left. The dragon left the cave in anger looking for the hobbit
- The dragon Smaug came to the lake town to find the hobbit. But it was not where the hobbit was. The human who lived in that town attacked the mighty Smaug and brought his reign to the end.
- Falling action
- When the dragon dies the dwarves and the human and a few others fight for who gets the gold the Dragon left behind. Splitting it up equal and ending the war between them. With the gold and the people happy, The hobbit returns home.
