- Cheer up, sis! Come on, let's do a short physical activity for at least 15-30 minutes. This will help you relax, boost your energy, and help you to be productive. Just continue that later after we perform the activity.
- You're right! I need something that can help me to relax and gain energy to be more productive. Wait for me here ate I'll just change my clothes before we go.
- HAHAHAHAHA come on, make your speed higher to level my speed and of course to be more effective.

- Hmm... boxing isn't bad at all. It's pretty good. It increases alertness and improves hand-eye coordination.
- Yeah, I agree with that. It strengthens the upper body and core and also enhances our mood.
- So how are you feeling Irish? does the activity help you light up your mood and energy?
- Yeah! I feel relaxed now and energized. I can finally start my modules with a clear mind.
