- mom! look at that poor dog he doesn't even have a dog house.
- rusty sees a dog and he feels bad for it he tells his mom and his mom told him not everyone takes care of their pets, rusty had missed the bus so his mom was already annoyed.

- after rusty saw the dog he went to school and could not stop thinking about the dog.
- ugh
- everyday rusty feeds and gives him water the more he does he gets attached and starts to plan on how he can take ra/the dog
- after rusty saw how the dog was being treated he went to check and give him food and water because the owner did none of that
- rust and his mom are trying to get custidy of the dog so the dog is no longer mistreated the real owner at the time tried to take him away
- the owner tried taking him but failed and rusty is ra's new owner in the end everyone was happy
