Storyboard Szöveg

  • Hy my name is Alfred Wegener.
  • Millions of years ago the world was one continent called Pangea
  • I studied the weather but I realized that continents move.
  • I will prove it
  • He is stupid. Continents can not move!
  • Alfred Lothar Wegener (1 November 1880 – 13 November 1930) was a German scientist and meteorologist. He is most notable for his theory of continental drift, which he proposed in 1912. This was the idea that the continents were slowly drifting around the Earth.
  • I have found fossils that are alike in South America and Africa, so this means that animals could travel from continents
  • In 1912, polar explorer and meteorologist Alfred Wegener first proposed the concept of continental drift, the geological theory that continents were once connected and had somehow spread apart across the Earth’s surface over time.
  • You will see I am wright.
  • Still not enough
  • They did not trust Wagner's theory because they believed in the creation of a god.
  • Poor Alfred they never trusted him.
  • Alfred recollected fossil evidence from South America and Africa and found out that they were alike. This means that the continents were connected and animals could travel from one to the other.
  • After all this evidence they still did not trust him, and his illness was getting stronger.
  • Alfred Wegener, in full Alfred Lothar Wegener, (born November 1, 1880, Berlin, Germany—died November 1930, Greenland)
