- After Odysseus's adventure with the Cyclopes, he lands on the island of Aeolus. He gives Odysseus two gifts. As they travel off towards Ithaca, Odysseus men open the bag and blow them back to Aeolus.
- Book 11
- After finally leaving the Island of Aeolus, Odysseus and his crew find themselves at the land of Laestrygones. They were greeting by fierce cannibals who bombarded his fleet with boulders. Only 45 of his ships make it out.
- Book 12
- Odysseus and his remainder of his crew arrive at the hall of Circe.They notice food a pretty song playing. Odysseus men eat the food and turn into pigs. As a result they end up staying on her island for a year.
- Book 12
- After being directed by Circes they arrive at the land of the dead. Odysseus talks many people from the underworld one being the dark prince of Thebes. he tells him a prophecy about his life.
- Odysseus and his crew go back to the Island of Circes and she tells them how to continue on their adventure. She tells them their are sirens in their path. She tells him to get through by covering their ears with wax and to keep on rowing. As they venture on they meet the wrath of Scyllas and Charybdis. Scylla took 6 of his fine men.
- After the loss of his six men, Odysseus and the remainder of his crew head to the island of the sun god. They were warned not to eat the sun gods cattle but his men still do. This angered the sun god and he kill of his men. Leaving Odysseus all alone.
