- Im glad you asked! So Lamar and Mathilda, today we are completing the 3 steps in cellular respiration and come out with 38 ATP points. We need to use glucose and oxygen to come out with the products: carbon dioxide and water.
- Coach! What are we doing today?

- We also finnished the krebs cycle that takes place in the mitochondria. But we still need 34 ATP. We will do better.
- Are you kidding my guys! We have only gone through glycolysis and the krebs cycle. And that is only 4 ATP points.
- We finnished glycolysis which takes place in the cytoplasm but it only gave us 2 ATP and glucose.
- Yes coach! If bwe complete ETC we will score 34 ATP points and win the tournament.
- The rest of the game we will be running ETC which happens in the mitochondria, just like the krebs cycle did.
- Coach we are halfway throught ETC. I think we have a good shot at winning this!
- Well done guys! Keep it up.
