- Rising Action
- Well for starters many credible sources that say yelling at your kid is not such a good idea, especially ones with mental health issues
- Oh yeah, what do you know huh?!.
- A Lot of parents tend to want what is best for there kids but do not know any other way to help them so they get frustrated and get mad over it.
- Climax
- It is very common for parents to lash out at there kid, but in turn this usually makes things a lot worse. when parents make themselves into someone that the kid cant talk to for help it makes them feel a lot more alone.
- Falling Action
- I guess you were right he is much happier now
- Many sources agree with this mans statement such ass CNN "Research shows that verbal abuse IS psychologically damaging to there mental health"(CNN "is it ok to yell at your kids?")
- Resolution
- this is only one type of mental illness, one age group, and one situation, but it goes to show that educating about this is very important :)
- even tho a parent or friends instinct is tough love and trying to force people into "getting out of it, many studies have shown that this is not the case such as (HealthWay.gov) " over 90% of the time studies have shown that a slower approach to issues like this is the ideal way to deal with the situation"
- It is statistically proven that parents who are more educated on the topic help there kids a lot more
- Although it may seem minute when you are educated on the topic of mental health it really puts in some perspective on how the other person feels and how to further help them.
- Absolutely!, see how simply educating yourself on the topic helped this so much more
- to wrap it up, this was on this is only one type of mental illness, one age group, and one situation, there are many other illnesses that effect our loved ones, it is just very important that we educate ourselves : )
