  • Margaret was a cheerful teenager, since she was a child, she wanted to become a teacher. She had been in eight schools, in different cities of Ecuador, because her father was a militar.
  • She had to endure many adverse situations, due to the constant changes of the city, she had to adapt to different climates, people and teachers. These situations created in her a sense of resilience.
  • She became a teacher and worked in a school, when the pandemic arrived, at first, the school did not know what to do. She led a team within the Institution that made it possible to move forward with virtual classes, ensuring that student learning does not stop, but, on the contrary, in the face of this challenge, they can continue studying.
  • Teacher Margaret shared with her students her experience from her past, and how the difficult situations she went through, today helped her execute a work plan that was successful. For her students this story was a great connection with their teacher,
