- Mark 17 years later was living a great life with his wife, his two children, and his cat. Through high school and college, he was able to find better friends who he had lot of fun with, sober.
- Mark was hanging out with his close friend, Yuta. They were having an amazing time until Yuta opened his drawer and pulled out a bottle of alcohol and offered it to Mark. Mark refused.
- Yuta only drank occasionally during his teen years but a few years later, he became alcoholic, starting doing drugs, lost control over himself and started to hurt people. He got caught and ended up in jail
- Even though Mark lost his best friend, his decision kept him from risking his future.
- Mark 17 years later...
- Yuta 17 years later...
- Drinking messes with your brain and when drunk, you will start to do things you normally wouldn’t do and it could lead you to even doing things like crimes, hurting the people around you, and leading yourself to risk as well. Don’t underage drink if you don’t want to be in jail or on your deathbed!
- Don't drink like Yuta here, if you are turning to drinking because of your mental health, it will not help at all. When you are drinking, it may feel like you are being distracted and it is okay but drinking will actually worsen your mental health and even if you don’t have any mental health problems, drinking will increase the chances of you getting depression, having anxiety, and being suicidal.
