- The blue zones are all but a healthy life style. This mostly includes eating lots of greens. This could be veggies or wine, as long as it has a plant base it will help! Also eating less red meats and more beans can add months to your life!
- Hi I would like to order a pizzas with extra meats and no greeens what so ever.
- Being alone and stressed are two major life suckers! Try getting together with your friends and family and cut out any unneeded stress.
- Ah so sitting in a chair of unpayed bills ignoring calls from my family is a life sucker.....good to know
