- Hey guys! Today I'm going to be making a super easy banana bread recipe, so you guys can make it as well! But of course, be careful with the oven and make sure you wash your hands first. Let's go!
- All you need for this recipe is:- 2-3 leftover bananas- 1 egg- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil- 1/3 cup milk- 1/3 sugar- 1 teaspoon salt- 1 teaspoon baking soda- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder1 1/2 cups flour
- First off, you need to preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Next, you are going to peel the bananas, put them in a mixing bowl, and mash them with a fork. Add the egg, oil, milk, sugar, salt, baking soda, and baking powder to the bananas, and mix well with a fork
- Now we're going to slowly stir the flour into the banana mix. Stir for about 20 seconds until the flour is moistened. Lightly grease the bread pan with baking paper. pour the batter into the bread pan.
- Bake your mixture for 45 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Let the bread cool for 5 minutes before removing it from the pan
