- As Angie makes her way towards the school bus, she couldn't help but think about math
- Whenever she does anything, her mind always thinks about two things at a time
- I really hope no boy sits next to me, please God, don't let a boy sit next to me
- She remembers how bad she was with multiplication, and tries to recite the multiplications table, but she can't help but think about Alex
- She's so pretty and so smart...love the dangling pom pom on her toque...love how it dances when we hit a bump
- But then, something unexpected happens.
- As the bus skids to a halt, Angie panics, but keeps reciting the multiplications table to calm herself
- OH MY GOD, EVERYONE DON'T MOVE!!!
- One times eleven is eleven; one times twelve is twelve; two times one is two; two times two is four; two times three is six...
- As the kids around her do the same, she realizes that she was thinking out loud, but it calms everyone down until help arrives, and angie is considered a hero for calming the kids down
