actually a lot of but I am afraid that I could get more isolated and I'm not sure if it is the right thing to do.
You are the only person that can help yourself. Your health is important so as your stand in daily engagements whether it is on work or family. You are free to do things you have been wanted to do, the change is in your hand. I can only encourage and help you to do things that can make you happy.
Yes doctor, I'm now feeling happy and I am now going out with my workmates and mostly with my family.
