- First stop is New York City. This business is a Tradition economy because it is tooken over by many generations of the family.
- I would love to buy the yellow one! Its so pretty!

- This factory is so cool!
- Marie and John are headed around the world for vacation! They are going around to see the different types of economy in New York.
- First she visited New York City. While walking around the city she stopped by this family owned business. They meet Chris and Ella. They said they are selling scarves for 5 dollars. She tells Marie that the scarves have been made the same way for 5 generations.
- This is a public owned business. They dont have authority so its a market economy.
- She loved seeing that family owned business! Next, she visited this facotry. This factory produces oil so planes, cars, buses, and boats can have oil to transport people arpond the city and around the world.
- After visiting New York City, She flew over to China. China is a mixed economy because the government gives the producers the amount ofmoney they can use but the producers get to make and sell what ever they want to.
- While in China, Marie found a street filled with boutiques. They determine how production and prices are due to competition with other privatley owen busniesses. This is a boutique found in Chongqing.
- On their way home she has leared so much from this trip. She learned about all the economies and what each of them mean. She had a blast! She stopped to get food before heading home.
