- Bro, At that time El Fili is a book Made by Jose Rizal to show Filipinos how The Spaniards were cruel and purely evil. How Friars and Spanish officials abuse their power, and the government's concerns with corruption, abuse of power, and discrimination to the Filipinos
- Oh I see, Talk about it more.
- El Fili discusses our country's politics and government issues. It indirectly attacks the Spanish government. This novel depicts the Spaniards as terrible and purely cruel. Through the Portrayals of the Characters Simoun in the story and his grudge against the Spaniards.
- Oh h now I remember, Well now what was its effect to Filipinos?
- Well It sparked an outraged war between the Filipinos and the Spaniards. The two Novels and the death of Jose Rizal Sparked the Revolution of the Philippines against Spain. and thats where history started with Andres Bonifacio and the Start of the Revolution at that time.
- Well how does this novel affects us modern Filipinos? and the Philippines as a whole?
- Well yeah now that you think of it, El Fili brought us together which in modern times when the nation is in disaster we should lean on one another. And also the Modern Governing Bodies issues, That's why there was EDSA Revolutions before. El Fili's Message Brought Filipinos to the truth and enlightened each one of us.
- Well For us Modern Filipinos and the Philippines,Fili's mission is to enlighten society and bring Filipinos closer to the truth. Which for us we should always seek the truth in our world full of lies and sin.
