- Macrophages encounters, Easts a pathogen floating in the blood. The macrophages presents the Antigen
- The helper T cell interacts with the macrophages and activates the killer T and B cells.
- Then the Helper T connects with the B cell and differentiates into the plasma B cell and Memory B cell.
- Once you have he plasma B cell you can tag the pathogen using the antibodies
- Now we have destroyed the pathogen with the white blood cells
- Now whenever the same pathogen comes the memory B cell will destroy it instantly
