- He uses the Digital Personal Assistant (DPA) on his mobile to get recommended schedule based on task type, urgency, and other criteria he defined

- Without wasting his time looking at pending requests and comparing priorities, he gets the recommended schedule from his DPA in no time! he confirms the schedule and leaves his office to the first activity
