- Hello! My name is Jessica Graham, and today I am taking you to this classroom, where a teacher taught her students about digital etiquette.
- Sure. Digital etiquette is a very important life skill that students and all other people need to know about.
- So what exactly did you teach your students? Can you explain for the viewers at home?
- Well, digital etiquette is an important skill for a number of reasons. An example of this is in emails and other forms of communication.
- Why?
- In emails, it is important to always have a greeting of somesort. When communicating with someone you don't know well, it is considered good etiquette to use proper grammar and punctuation. This is mostly for politeness and to be professional.
- What are examples of digital etiquette in those fields?
- When texting someone you know well, like friends or family, some of those rules don't apply. Either way though it is important to understand digital etiquette and how it works.
- Are there times when digital etiquette is unnecessary?
- Well, there you have it! Digital etiquette is used in all sorts of conversations for a variety of reasons. My name is Jessica Graham and I thank you for watching!
