- The new black stamps that we have to get for paper items now is stupid.
- British Parliament out a tax on molasses and other products.
- Declaratory Act 1766
- Whatever we say goes.
- The colonists were forced to house the British Troops.
- Townshend Acts 1767
- It forced Colonists to buy a stamp to put on most things with paper. Including some ridiculous things like playing cards.
- (I forgot to put this first but pretend like its there) Proclamation of 1763
- Cannot Settle beyond those mountains.
- It stated that parliament had control over anything in the colonies.
- It put small indirect taxes on things shipped into the colonies. This also caused the writes of assistance so it gave the right to them to check any ship they wanted to make sure there wasn't any smuggling.
- Check the Ship for smuggling.
- The British banned all settlements west of the appalacation mountains to avoid territorial conflict with the native amerins.
