- Three miles away from Tarrytown, is a little town surrounded by hills, it is one of the quietest places in the world.
- A dark, dream-like atmosphere lingers over this town. It is known by the name of...
- SLEEPY HOLLOW
- The people of Sleepy Hollow were very superstitious..
- Did you hear about the witches in the forest?
- Legend has it that the horseman goes to the Church each night in hopes of finding his buried head
- But the dominant spirit that haunts this enchanted region goes by the name of... THE HEADLESS HORSEMAN
- Spare the rod and spoil the child!
- The teacher of Sleepy Hollow was Mr. Icahbaod Crane. He wasn't much of a sight for sore eyes
- He was always on good terms with his students, especially if they had pretty mothers who fed him
- Such a kind schoolteacher!
- Such a fine lady!!!
- I do say, what an intelligent boy you are
- Mr. Ichabod was also a beloved choirmaster, he earned some shiny shillings for instructing young folks psalms
- Another guilty pleasure of Mr. Ichabod's was to sit around the fire with the Old Dutch wives...
- I'm telling you! The world does, in fact, turn round!!
- exchanging scary, magical, supernatural and spooky tales
- Even after telling his brave tales, on his walk home, the sound of his own footsteps made Ichabod paranoid!
- Oh my! Who's there!?!
- The fairest lady of the land was Katrina Van Tassel.
- <3 <3
- She was withal a little of a coquette, and stole Mr. Ichabod's heart.
- Katrina was the only daughter of Baltus Van Tassel. He was a wealthy farmer and was satisfied with his wealth, but not proud of it
- Ichabod visits the Van Tassel's house and his imagination went wild, thinking of all of the money he would have if he married Katrina
- A beautiful lady AND lost of money?! I must marry her
- This isn't going to be as easy as Ichabod thinks. He already has a rival, Brom Van Brunt
- She's mine!!
- He doesn't stand a chance... Does he??
- I hope this works...
- Ichabod realizes he can't compete with Brom. He goes "undercover"and gives Katrina choir lessons
- I SURRENDER!!!
- Brom wants to fight Ichabod, but Ichabod on the other hand did not, knowing he had no chance against Brom
- Too bad for Ichabod, it didn't work...
- In spite of this, Brom started pranking Ichabod and embarrassing him, especially in front of Ms. Van Tassel
- I'll show you!!
- HAHAHA
- Brom continues pranking Ichabod, with really no advancment
- Just...stop
- One day while teaching, Ichabod gets an invitation to the Van Tassels for a party
- Class dismissed!!!
- PARTY
- He lets class out early to get ready
- Ichabod puts on his best, borrows a horse, and rides off to Van Tassel's
- After the long, scenic beautiful ride through Sleepy Hollow, Ichabod arrives at the Van Tassel's
- It seems like everyone in the town was there since there were so many people
- Even though they are many beautiful women around, Ichabod heads straight for the food
- Oh my, where should I start?
- Now on the dance floor with Ms. Van Tassel, Ichabod is charming her with his...not so good moves
- As Brom is sitting in a corner...well, crying
- Stupid Ichabod...
- Ichabod goes to hang out with the story tellers..one of which is Brom
- Yeah I saw the headless horseman!!
- Hmmm..
- And I raced him too!
- The party had ended and everyone had left, except for Mr. Ichabod
- He stayed behind to talk to Ms. Van Tassel, but it is believed the conversation did not go well
- Ugh </3
- Ichabod makes his way home, and is scared every moment
- Oh no! Please no!!
- But this time it isn't paranoia, Ichabod is face to face (kind of) with the headless horseman
- He finally makes it to the church, thinking he has lost the horseman
- Ichabod tries to loose the headless horseman and get to safety at the church
- I dont wanna die!!
- But when he looks behind him... there is the headless horseman
- Ichabod loses control of his horse and it almost throws him off
- Ichabod was never seen again...
- Some people beleive that Ichabod ran away and became a judge...
- The headless horseman throws his head at Ichabod knocking him off his horse
- Others in fact do beleive, he was at fate of the Headless Horseman
