- (1) Hey, mother-in-law! Why don't you use your wheelchair instead of using that?
- (3) Well you know mom, kids these days.. Btw, come with me to church.
- (2) Uhm, I just want to exercise, but yeah okay. Come here my lovely daughter from Mexico. I missed you and I thought you're with my precious grandchild?
- (4) Ok then, just guide me always. You know.. Your mother-in-law is old.
- (6) Sure! In my country and as a Latin American mother, the first thing that got a son's heart is when a mother prepares snack everyday. Also, I am an understanding mom because I don't want my son to be mad and bore me.
- (9) We are different when it comes to birthday, Mom. I'm not making my son cry as long as the kids are having a happy party.

Why don't you tell me how my boy live with you in your country and can you also please tell me how you two raised my grandson?(7) Oh, therefore, we have no difference when it comes to preparing snacks. For my parenting style, I also understand my child but I am not tolerating him to be mad at me, because I always beat him to be his lesson.
- (8) When my son's birthday comes, he always cry as well when there is no game we call "pukpok palayok"

- (10) Oh son, you're right here. Please take your lola's wheelchair home first so she can walk and we'll just go to a church for a while.
- (13) Come here mom, let's start walking.
- (16) I am assuming that we have the same when the day is Sunday, we always go to my mom's house in order for us to bond and for my son not to think something about my parents.

- (14) Oh my god! I am proud of my son and glad for my grandson. I liked the way they say "po" to me. Thank you for teaching my grandson on how to be respectful.
- (18) Yeah, you're right and that's how we are close together every time! I hope that you hone to be a good mother and teach others to be like you as well.
- (19) Oh before I forgot, you said earlier that you always beat my husband. Because I, I just raise my voice to him and don't hurt them physically. I also have an idea that you're beating your son for the sake of his sanity and to make his behavior right. I realized that maybe it's not bad to spank and reprimand our child, as long as we still know where to place this such situations.
- (17) We seem almost to have the same attitude towards our child, even if we're not in the same region and we were raised in a different country.

- (21) Okay, just say hello to father for me!
- (22) I didn't immediately tell her that I also had realizations in our conversation. Sometimes even if we are not in our best for our children, we can somehow deny the fact that we can do everything for our dearest kid. I never thought that in the age of this, I have to remember all the things that I give bad and good to my son. I am happy that she is my daughter-in-law. What an unbelievable conversation with her! Just wow.
