- This is a native amazonian. She has been living here with her family for her whole life. Today she is showing me what this group of people are going through.
- The loggers have been coming closer to our homes every day. They are tearing apart our homes and land
- Oh No!! What happened to all of the trees and wildlife?!
- We have been trying to talk to the president about it but he only seems to care about the economy and the loggers provide more money than we do.
- Thanks for understanding. We have been trying to fight for our land because that's what our previous generations would have wanted.
- You and your family must be going through so much! I can't imagine my home being taken away from me.
- This is our home. It's not super exciting but my family has lived here for so many generations and I would hate to see it go away
- Thank you so much for coming to learn more about the native amazonians and what troubles we are facing.
- Thank you for having me. I enjoyed learning about your home and how it needs to be protected.
